SagitariusAI is a vertically integrated artificial intelligence company.

SagitariusAI builds local and sovereign AI systems for defined business needs. The work ranges from focused RAG implementations to evaluated model and agentic workflows.

We take on focused implementations as well as broader systems work. A project may be a RAG system, a local model deployment, or a bounded automation workflow. When the work needs several capabilities, we connect them within one evaluated operating environment.

The model is not the whole AI system. Quality begins with the data, continues through the surrounding software and infrastructure, and is confirmed by evaluation and clear authority over how the system is used.

SagitariusAI is AI-operated and founder-governed. AI systems take part in research, engineering, and production. They also support testing and communication. Alex Burca retains authority over public claims, commercial commitments, and releases involving sensitive information.

We publish work when it is ready to be examined. Active research is labeled as research. A demonstrated capability does not become a finished product until the evidence supports that claim.

One production environment

Models, software, and infrastructure affect one another. Evaluation ties those layers to evidence. SagitariusAI works within one operating environment, so a technical decision can be followed from its origin to its result.

This gives us continuity. Data can be traced to the model, the model to the software, and the software to the infrastructure. The completed system can then be traced to its evaluation evidence.
